Returns and Refunds
We absolutely guarantee that the sample or decant of perfume you purchase from Scents Angel is the genuine, authentic perfume taken from the manufacturer’s bottle and decanted by hand. We unfortunately cannot guarantee that you will like it, you may even hate it.
Sample Orders:
All sales of samples (5ml to 10ml) are final and we are unable to accept sample returns or exchanges.
We guarantee all of our perfume samples are 100% authentic fragrance decanted from the original bottle, however, we cannot guarantee you will like the perfume smells. That is the main reason we offer samples so you know which one you like.
Therefore to ensure zero product tampering and to guarantee each product shipped is authentic, we do not accept returns or exchanges for perfume samples (5ml to 10ml).
Full Bottle (retail) Orders:
Most products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the shipment date.
To request a return authorization, customers must email orders@scentsangel.com
with the order number, product name, and reason for return prior to sending any items back. Items must be packaged carefully to prevent damage during transit.
Please note that a $15 return shipping label fee will apply.
* Returns received used, opened, or with damaged or missing packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
* Returns received unused, unopened, and in their original, undamaged packaging, including unopened cellophane wrap where applicable, will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
We carefully wrap all packages so your purchase will arrive safely. Sometimes the Post Office seems to let gorillas in to jump up and down on the package. In the event, you receive a product that has been damaged in shipping, or short shipped, please note the following:
Please snap a photo and records a short video of the shipping box and damaged product(s) and e-mail them along with the order number to orders@scentsangel.com with a note stating which bottles were damaged and details of the nature of the damage.
A return label will be provided to you once approved. Damaged product must be returned to the warehouse within 30 days of the issuance of the return label to receive replacement.
We ask that you please inspect your package upon receipt and notify us within three days if there is a problem.
